 🔁 Return & Refund Policy 
At C-Ben Global Logistics LLC., we take pride in delivering reliable, secure, and timely logistics 
services. Because we provide service-based solutions (not physical products), our return and refund 
policy are structured as follows: 


 🚫 No Returns on Services 
Once a delivery or logistics service has been completed, it cannot be returned or reversed. We do not 
offer returns on services already rendered. 


 💵 Refund Eligibility 
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: 
• The service was canceled prior to dispatch and within the required notice window. 
• The delivery was not completed due to an error on our part (e.g., pickup failure, misrouted 
package). 
• You were charged in error or for a service you did not authorize. 


 📆 Cancellation Window 
To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] before the scheduled 
pickup time. 
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a partial refund or service credit, at our discretion. 
⏱ Refund Process 
If your refund is approved: 
• It will be processed within 5–7 business days 
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only 
• You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund is initiated 


 🛑 Non-Refundable Services 
Refunds are not issued for: 
• Deliveries completed successfully 
• Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the client 
• Force majeure (weather, traffic, accidents, etc.) 
• Failure to notify us of cancellations within the required window
