Definitions
“Company,” “we,” or “us” refers to C-Ben Global Logistics LLC.
“Client” or “you” refers to any person or entity booking or using our services.
“Services” refers to courier, freight, specimen transport, and related logistics offerings by the
Company.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide complete and accurate information.
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Booking & Delivery
All bookings must include valid pickup/delivery details.
Medical, legal, or time-sensitive deliveries must be disclosed in advance.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a $25 fee or 25% of the delivery cost,
whichever is higher.
No-shows or failure to provide access will be treated as completed jobs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to dispatch, unless the client holds an approved business account (Net-15
unless otherwise agreed).
Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, ACH, or approved business invoicing.
Overdue invoices will incur a 1.5% monthly interest or the highest lawful rate.
Liability & Claims
C-Ben Global Logistics LLC. is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Liability for loss/damage is limited to $500 or the invoiced cost of the delivery, whichever is less,
unless otherwise insured.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim any guarantee of delivery times, uninterrupted service, or product suitability beyond
what is explicitly agreed upon.
Privacy & Data
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.c
benlogistics.com/privacy-policy.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wayne County, Michigan, except
where small claims court applies.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters,
strikes, blackouts, cyberattacks).
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective upon posting. Your continued
use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
