Delivery Options 
We offer the following delivery timeframes based on service type: 
Same-Day Delivery: For urgent local packages booked before 12:00 PM EST 
Next-Day Delivery: Available for most local and regional shipments 
Scheduled/Recurring Delivery: Custom scheduling for business accounts 
Timeframe varies based on destination. 
Delivery Conditions 
All packages must be properly labeled and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. 
Clients are responsible for ensuring all items are securely packaged. 
Oversized or palletized freight must be communicated in advance. 
Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. 
A signature or digital proof of delivery may be required for medical or high-value 
shipments. 
Tracking 
All eligible shipments come with real-time GPS tracking. Clients will receive a tracking 
number via email or SMS once the delivery is dispatched. 
Failed Deliveries 
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, no recipient present, or other 
issue: 
We will attempt to contact you immediately. 
A re-delivery fee may apply, starting at $10 depending on the service area and urgency.
